Yeah..Rule is permanently implemented.you cannot take in visit visa. But u can do one thing is if u have to take umra visa from your country and from Qatar take a return visa to mom and u can travel to umrah and come back. One more thing now By Road also u can go. Include me and my family when u go for Umrah.May Allah make ur umrah trip easily.
