Gratuity is your right and the company is bound to pay it as per Qatari Labour Law. Bonus is not an employees right. A Bonus is usually paid by good companies when it is making profits and as such this payment acts as impetus to employees to continue with the good performance. If your company is refusing to pay you your End of Service Benefits, you can seek assistance from the Human Rights Committee and also the Labour Office.
