Nobody sells it here, but you will get it free when you spend some time for it. Try in the Villaggio Mall (back side), where they stock these throwaway pallets. Ask the security guys for the reference otherwise you will be watched over cameras. I got 20 of them from there for free. Also try in Landmark and also in the Industrial area. But you have to be there before the Q-Clean vehicle raids these places, it depends on different times in different places.
