it might have helped many but its the worst thing as well the "107" appointment system... no doctor is available specially female doctors for female patients whenever u call for appointment Doctors not available you cannot go directly and get medication triage is too much delaying method or is handled poorly... even if you are lucky to get appointment still there is Que which itself nullifies the purpose.. Doctors are mostly out of their clinics browsing here and there outside and the one's who are in r busy with their mobiles phones... and overall Doctors are not much qualified... and mostly not bilingual as well.. how they studied medicine without English language !!! Strange...
