job opportunities through normal hiring / recruitment happens lesser in qatar or the middle east.. they mostly hire through consultancies from countries like india, srilanka, pakistan, europe, etc..
you need to have some good connections where you can work your way up..

its not the job you search.. search for the company you wanna work with... and then target it. :)
I have a few electrical job vacancies in my firm, but i`m unsure abt the possibilities and your hiring as we cant say anything without seeing the resume .
