@Techn: Well, didn't you know beforehand you wouldn't get food at public places during Ramadan? That decision wasn't taken yesterday. I'm sure it'e been around since Qatar's emergence as a country. When in a Muslim nation, I believe you need to respect the culture. Better planning from your side could've easily resolved the issue. So don't blame the restaurant that was closed, blame your own unpreparedness for facing a situation that you very well knew was happening here.
