Most expats are in a "take-it-or-leave-it" situation here. Your company and most other such types of companies are aware of this. You many report the matter to the Human Rights. But what will you achieve by doing so. You will only be cutting your own feet. Human Rights may help solve your issue if you have sufficient proof, but keep in mind your company may retaliate by demoting you, reducing your salary and benefits or even sending you home as a lesson to other employees of the company. Either continue working under the unhappy circumstances, or go back home. The choice is all yours.
