Yes, QLers who have suffered at the hands of such crooks should name them giving also the contact numbers these people.. However, I note that while people write about such experiences, they shy away when it comes to revealing the identities of these players. Just recently a person had written at QL about how someone in the real estate business had conned him and he sought advice on how to get his money back. But when people asked him for the name and contact number of that person, he simply did not disclose it. Either this person was lying or was allowing that crook to continue with his "business" so that others could suffer the way he did.
