Mary you are right. It should not have started at all. But then, we have some people who are out to grab the most minor mistakes of someone from the Arab world and also from the east and turn them into an issue. My question to such people is "What are they trying to prove? Their superiority?" Any person with a broader outlook of life should would have simply overlooked such matters especially in cases such as this one when the mistake was made by a person whose native language is not English. I was forced to retaliate coming to the defense of the people of this region and bringing to light the mistakes in language of leaders in the west. It was just to show the one person who went into overdrive in his attacks, that all is not holy in the west also. I just hope some people would use their thinking and writing powers in a more positive and constructive way rather than the way it was done now by using each and every opportunity to belittle the people from the Arab world and the east. The violent attack that was started over the use of language had nothing to do with the subject in the first place.
