However, when a mafia wants to control job market and allows jobs to its own nationals or to people from its own province as in the case of Keralites irrespective whether they are qualified for the job or not, then it is total different story. That is just what is taking place, and other nationals in the competition are getting to notice it. You have made it your choice simply because when you are in the hiring position, you do not want any other national other than your own to earn here. It is as simply as that!
