No, no Mr Wild Turkey! Our morals do not allow a woman sit next to a taxi driver. Allow me to add something that would clear some of the clogging in any one's mind. The morals I have talked of are not "Muslim Morals." They are "eastern morals." No female from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Pakistan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Iran, let alone Middle East countries would ever sit beside a taxi driver when they hire one on the roadside. Are the morals of women in all these countries "sick" as you term it to be? I have not seen a Filipino lady sit next to a taxi driver when she hires one. Why? I am yet to see a woman from the west sitting next to a taxi driver here when they hail a cab. What stops them from doing so?? Is it their "good, healthy" morals? There are certain things in life in which morals are not required to rule. Females throughout the world would not sit next to cab driver who she does not know. It is part of their nature.
