If they are paying you 21 days of basic salary for each year of service, then I think the company is right and it is as per law. As for your ticket while the company should provide you with one depending on your agreement you have with them, suggest you overlook this and return home peacefully. You will soon forget this bitter experience. You can claim the ticket if it is in your contract by taking the help of the Labor Office and they will help you out in getting your ticket.
