If you go to the Labour Office, surely they will help you get you your salary immediately but then the company will retaliate in other ways such as terminating your services and sending you home without NOC. They do this just to send a message to other employees. If you approach Human Rights, they too will help you out, but be ready for the retaliation from the company. I have seen that happen. That is the very sad part. I don't think your embassy would help you out in any way if you come from an Asian or African country.
