that's is also my U-turn area everytime coming out from villagio parking. so far, I never receive a txt messages from metrash. :) one time, I saw a police car parked exactly on that road separator. while almost everyone don't dare to make U-turn. an Arabic man on his Lexus completely ignore the patrol car and still made a U-turn. so i'm not also sure if it is legal or not there. But for the separator/island, its a hundred % illegal because there is one instances while i'm under at the jaidah flyover R/A. police are controlling the flow, one LC made his 2-wheels(driver side) ramp-up on the island to pass other vehicles. the police noticed his move and simply input the plate number on his device (looks like walkie-talkie).
