Agree with JokerQL. Most of the technicians are not professionals and they have learned their job only here. Several years back, a local friend asked me if I knew of a plumber who was a "real professional" in his job. The problem was that one of his water pipelines kept bursting every couple of months with the plumber coming in and replacing a fitting. When I took a professional plumber and showed him the problem, he simply laughed out on seeing what was being done. The previous plumber was putting a cold water fitting on a hot water line!
