A very good step, indeed. Some years back, a colleague of mine I am told, missed his Haj as at the 11th hour these unscrupulous agents had sold his booking to someone else. I could not get to understand how they managed to do this. The person was proceeding for Haj for the first time since his stay in Qatar for over 20 years.
