Frankly, I think it is possible. I am sure your husband's travel agent can do it and you should send him a scanned copy of the first page of your passport. Alternatively, cancel the booking and make a fresh one though this may cost you some money. I don't this would be required. Just give it a try. I am sure everything will work out fine.
