I have send them the signed contract before a month ago. But it's not send for the approval so far. I'm writing/calling them on this matter for several time, but nothing happened so far. I need it for apply visit visa for Family. Since they are very late in this process I'm looking whether I can do this approval by me self.
If there are any private company/persons who doing such service I would like to here them and do this immediately.
