I suggest you inquire with AXA if they will reimburse your medical expenses if done in clinics and hospitals which are not accredited by them. This way you can still get the medical care you prefer. I do this with our private medical insurance and just shoulder the expenses initially and get reimbursed afterwards. It's good if AXA have this option so you are not limited to their accredited medical network.
