Advise from Payroll Peoples & HR Dept Employees, my Question is what is the calculation of leave pay and gratuity? What is the Eligibility duration?

Suppose if the person have gone vacation over 6 month or 4 months does he is eligible for 21 days pay or any deduction like days would be cut from his Leave Pay and Gratuity pay?
