Good decision 20 km less will not effect any traffic conjunction, an accident with 80 km speed and 100 km speed having big difference. this can save lot of lives, this was my suggestion long years ago through Gulf times. Bravo. where these people are going like a jet and what they finally gain other than loosing others precious life?!!
