There's one women's gym in Al Asiri called mygym (http://www.mygym-qatar.com/). Its in front of Hafsat Preparatory School for Girls in Ali bin Abi Talib Street.

There is also a City Gym for women in Mansoura (corner of Ibn Dirhem and Aasim bin Ali Street).
