1. NOC from your employer(Salary and Accomidation should be stated)
2. Marriage cerficate
3. Passport copy of ur spouse and your VISA, RP Copy
4. Housing contract
5. Contract employment copy
6. Filled application form( you can it at Immigration office)

Fees. Qr 200 for one month, Visit visa is valid for maximum 6months ( Ur spouse has to go for medical during first month after entry in qatar)
