@johnnylawyer -he just did finish his contract "2yrs per contract 3x" after 6yrs, the problem is he ddnt get his vacation in the exact month, " he did finish his contract month of DEC, but just came back from vacation last Aug.. now that he decide to not continue working in the same company, . . and now the company make him pay for all the expences of the exit ticket..
