Since your daughter is British. She can avail visa on arrival in Qatar. which would be valid for a month or 14 days. If your wife is british too, then she also can avail visa on arrival.
If she is not british. you need to do little work for your bank statement, house contract which has to attest by ministry of Municipal, your marriage certificate need to be attest from your hometown foreign office and in Doha foreign office. You salary need to be more than 12000QR in order to get permanent visa for your wife.
