I am also living in Ezdan , Read ur contract 1st page it is clearly mention in the last point (i dnt remember the point no) that if we want to leave house before completion of contract then we have to pay remaining amount upto the end of contract, which mean if you want to leave in oct so u have to pay rent of nov & dec also , as u mention ur contract is upto Dec.
