hello everyone! pls help..

I just recieved an email from dataflow group saying that my dataflow has been completed and is requesting to check with the focal point of your potential place of work/ existing place of work in the State of Qatar for further guidence.

what does it mean? but my problem is one of my employment is "unable to verify".. what does it mean? do i have a neagtive result? my employer alraedy issued me my visa will it affect my application..
