New rule didnt came in place . and whenever it will come than it will be same curry in different packing... They put comment that if its written in your contract than employer must give NOC otherwise its in their hand... as before.... Even exit permit also, they will give not give till employer will not give green signal.... Here Important to nate that, Whenever you make contract, take in writing whatever you want (i will advise little less salary with written clear terms including NOC and vacation with tickets are far better than standard universal contact with more salary). ...
