If all you need is the MOFA stamp, it is 20 QR per education document, payable only by credit card (debit card may also be acceptable, but I am not sure). Other than the main office of the MOFA in the Diplomatic area, you can use a few other offices for attestation. I used the the Mesaimeer Passport & Immigration Office, which has morning and afternoon/evening hours (about a 45-minute wait each time):
