Try any of the shops that sell car accessories. There are many of them around in Doha. In the area I live in, I have spotted five of them. Jump Starters are a very easily available item. I am confident you will find one in these shops. Also, if you have changed your car battery recently and it still continues to give problems, you may be able to get it replaced at no extra cost if you still have the warranty card with you.
