If the bill is lost, that's not the end of warranty. The serial number of each devices sold has a record, so go to service center of you product (or LULU), tell them you don't have receipt, check in the computer. Also when I went to Samsung service center, I gave them receipt and they said they don't need that, they have record of each device sold.
