Yeah.. i too hope so! this is very serious issue now, as it starts from blackmailing,,and now CID guy says, why these shop ppl have backup data? and they have because some customers dont know anything,, they come and say, format my laptop, they have no idea that formating means removing everything not just virus, so some shop ppl for safe side, keeping the customer's data for some period and then they delete it. n now CID said, this is criminal act.. but the shop ppl's intentions are not bad.. hope CID will take right action.
