saad: cheers to you for taking our comments positively; none of us was very pleasant; sorry:-)....bro, the owner will never read it, I doubt he has even been to his restaurant recently; and hey, you know, broasted chicken is a different concept; its slightly more healthy and the 'broasting' process doesn't absorb much oil; so it'll be drier than say KFC; but yes they overcook it sometimes....there's a place in the City Center foodcourt called Broaster Chicken and looks promising; failing that, and since we don't have the Saudi Al Baik brand here; KFC is the only satisfying fried chicken here; and even that depends; I agree, the standards of all fast food franchises have been steadily declining; you need to ask for hot food to actually get it; else it's cold soggy fries and crumbly buns...Qatar can beat Dubai at everything except food :-(
