if you have multiple exit permit and your sponsor requested to track when you exit and enter - of course that is possible. but alerting your sponsor whenever you exit is not common unless there is a request or court order from your sponsor to Immigration/police on this.
e-gate pass has nothing to do with exit permit (or multiple exit permit).
