Mr. Hassan...It is True after a continouse five (5) years working in one company anybody can transfer a jobs freely from current employer? No need an NOC from them?

I have finished Five years working in the company in Qatar.
It is possible to transfer my job to another company without NOC from previous Employer?

What is the Labor Laws about You have finished contract after 5 years?
