I would not suggest him going to the court. From what I hear, it takes several months before the hearing takes place and the verdict to come. During this period he would need to be present at the court on all the dates when the hearing is scheduled to take place. Also, the company may decide to stop paying him his salaries during this period till the decision from the court comes, thus putting him in great financial difficulties.
