As for over speeding and beating the red light are no excuse for violation. Maybe the illegal parking issue is something to be consider by the policemen. Looking for a space to park during peak hours is a nightmare now in Doha. I once forced to park alongside of the service road. I didn't see any signage of "no parking or waiting" or even "yellow x-lines" on pavement. And I made sure that my car will not block any passing car. Unfortunately, still a sticker is pasted already when i comes out from the store. :( i will start to save QR300 now to donate it to the ministry.
