Perhaps a regulation regarding short and tight dresses for men and women (both) is on the way. While the women have to wear moderate (Long and loose) dresses, the men have to set aside their tight swimming dresses.

Dhoti wearing people (short cloth wore by males of a few nationalities) also have to in the loop of this regulation.
