in addition to the dhawood1982 's point suppose some on has open contract or “indefinite” contract its obvious that he/she only can change the job after 5 year suppose he/she leave for good then how long they will be banned its again 5 year or 2 years or what? But again law said the two year ban is lifted so whats the point of making 5 years for indefinite contract if the 2 years ban has been lifted then anyone can exit and come back at anytime. Why they will wait till 5 year to change the job. It’s so confusing ?
