I'm not asking because I have a desire to drive faster than the posted limit; I just want to be forewarned of the traffic norms in Qatar. It seems, then, that the posted limit is the law. Good. This is what it should be. Do a majority of drivers in Qatar adhere to the posted limit? I will be there to figure it all out for myself in August, but the heads-up is appreciated. Thanks.
