Ashgal are not the best payers but they have very short working hours compared to us folk in the private establishments and they also get much more time off as holidays.
My understanding - from attending an interview with them about 18 months ago & based on the information given at that time - they work till about 2pm and have 45days annual leave which has to be taken in upto a maximum of 3 chunks. plus they also get all government holidays which are non public holidays and there are about 10 such days per year I think.
