if you can afford to maintain the car and like it, go for it..but if unexpected huge repair bills will bankrupt you, i suggest you look for something else..co-incidentally, just last weekend i was talking to my mechanic about how every garage in the Industrial Area seems to have an Armada in for engine or transmission rebuilds. I think the Armada looks very imposing on the road but with poor reliability, I'd skip it. It was also featured on a Consumer Reports list of the worst used cars to buy along with many Mercs and BMWs..those cars are joy the first 3 years and tears thereafter haha..best of luck..i say if you love a car, you just buy it..my car loves to spend all my money but i love it and thus don't mind:-)
