Hi,
I owned a Pajero from 2004 till 2012. It's a great car and a good value for money. I don't want to repeat all the good things that people have said about the car above. However, I want to share one bad experience with that car. Although it is sturdy and strong, my car over turned in a round about with my children inside. One of my friends was driving the car taking my children to their music school when a stupid tanker entered the roundabout without waiting for it to be cleared. He hit my car in the side rear as my friend was exiting the round about. The car simply rolled over!!! luckily my children were wearing seat belts and so were unharmed. The were pulled out from the back side window by the other road users before pulling the car down to its normal position. There were good and bad things in this incident. The good being, my children came out unscratched because of the sturdiness of the car and the bad being that the car overturned!! I never thought that the Pajero could overturn! Then I learnt from one of the mechanics in the bodyshop that it is not a car with great stability, especially in sharp turns such as the roundabouts. Make sure the car that you buy has a low ground clearance for it to be stable!
