Looks like your visa was only TEMPORARY - VISITING VISA, You dont need to cancel such visiting visa, It gets expired at the end of 6 months. What I dont understand is.... TRANSFERRED TO RESIDENT. That means you have another visa ? which is a RESIDENT VISA ? When did you leave
