I'm not sure what kind of advise you need. You have 45 days to renew estimara (from date of expiry). Beyond that, you need to present proof that your car is with the garage for repair. Police captain can wipe out violation of not registering your car on time (costs 500QR). If you cannot give proof, then you have to pay the violation.
