I totally disagree with what the Lawyer has said that the existing sponsorship system has been effective for last decade. I would like to say that that the system is only effective for locals and the companies who squeeze their manpower using the trump card NOC. Had it been effective there wouldn't have been so much of abuses and issues relating to workers. Can he explain in what manner it has been effective? He seems to be only thinking from a local's perspective; thus ultimately they don't want everyone to be treated same in front of law. They wants special powers when they are stood in front of court or whatever.
