There is something going wrong . Either from Employer or from Employee. Such a demand is illegal but the employee can't say anything until he decide to leave the job or retain. This is the bad part of the job contracts. The Employer can screw the employee if they are not happy with them or they are scared that you won't be back from vacation. But still I do not understand how QAR7500/- can compensate the leaving of employees. as a well accepted principle of international labour market, 30 days are enough for a company's HR department to replace an employee who are leaving the company. If they are not capable of this, such companies are ( i don't know what word to use). Some company's does not respect the labour laws and contract terms. They Find options to safeguard themselves and ultimately the employee has to loose his job in the middle and no one to support if he goes to case and the employer take advantage of this situation. No System currently available to identify such fraudulent employers. Wait for some changes in the future!!!! I will Pray for you.
