But, It's truly suprising to have a dual treat from Ezdan, increase in the rent & decrease the free period also !!! which gives a double bourden. We're already compromise many things to Live in Ezdan compounds because of the reasonalbe rent only. I can say that there are many issues in Ezdan compound which starts with Parking Issue, Bachelor Issue, etc.,
