Well Dubai has a Metro. What better reason could there be for Doha to have one?

We all know how this will end - after the Metro is finished, expats will be told to stop driving and use the metro instead to help ease traffic congestion... Will we then see further restrictions on driving licenses? Parking and petrol to get more expensive?
