Shreyap: As I know, HMC will do the 1st vaccine only with Green CArd, from 2nd month on wards they need RP, this was happened for my son. So make the RP Process fas. If you can do the RP, take all the Documents eith you and goto Abu HAmour, or any other cneter and request them for the same. may be they will accept, but i am not sure. regarding vaccine at private clinics NO PRIVATE CLINIC WILL DO THE VACCINE ONLY AT HMC.
